As a Social Worker, parent and neurodivergent, I understand the complexity involved when attempting to cope on a daily basis. Going through life includes navigating difficult situations. However, going through life with a neurodivergent brain can make even the most ordinary situations difficult to navigate. I believe with the right tools we can all navigate life a little easier. Sometimes we all need a compassionate ear to help us through and some tools to help along the way.

Experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD and parenting stress can be easier with support. I am happy to provide a kind and compassionate approach to children, teens and parents experiencing life’s difficulties through a neurodivergent lens. I am happy to meet you where you are at in life and together we can develop goals to get you to the next step in your healing journey.

I have over 20 years experience in Social Work and specifically Children’s Mental Health. I obtained my Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2022. I have worked with families and children with complex mental health challenges for several years in community and clinical settings. I utilize CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, solution focused, and mindfulness practices with a trauma informed lens.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my two young children! We love to go for walks and bake together.
