Experiencing hardships can make us feel frustrated, lost, and alone. We can lose sight of what is best for us, or how to feel more like ourselves again. I utilize an integrative and trauma-based approach throughout the therapeutic process to help clients work through life challenges and move forward from a foundation that is reflective of what is most important to them. I aim to build a strong therapeutic rapport so that clients will feel safe and comfortable to express themselves freely and feel supported as they work towards affecting change in their lives.
I am a Master of Psychology candidate from Adler Graduate Professional School in clinical practice working towards my registration as a Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Over the past 2 years, I have worked in private practice with children, adolescents, and adults to aid in issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal issues. I have also provided assessments for mood, anxiety, developmental/cognition, and personality disorders.
