It can be quite an intimidating and daunting process to begin therapy, and this is why many people struggle to get the help they need. The fear of the unknown is certainly a real experience and can hinder the start of a rewarding experience. Investing in the fundamentals of effective humanistic therapy, I prioritize my relationships with clients and providing a safe space where we can be our most authentic selves. Everybody moves at different paces, and it is my job to honour this fact while also looking at fostering effective and lasting change. While the goals of therapy will be subjective to each individual, an overarching goal in our sessions will be to cultivate personal growth and self-esteem.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have been conducting therapeutic treatment in a variety of capacities since 2017. I attended University of Ottawa/Saint Paul University and obtained my Masters degree in Counselling; Spirituality; preceded by my time at Carleton University where I earned my Bachelors of Arts with Honours in Psychology.

Fun fact about me… I used to live in Hawaii and only learned how to surf TWO WEEKS BEFORE LEAVING. WHAT?!
