Kristy is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who is committed to fostering personal growth and well-being in her clients. She approaches her work with empathy, genuineness, and collaboration to create a therapeutic alliance where  clients feel heard, understood, and validated. She offers a warm and non judgmental space in which clients can explore and understand their feelings, behaviour patterns, and experiences. She strives to equip clients with new insights and practical skills to navigate life’s challenges and facilitate positive change toward living a life aligned with their personal strengths and values. Kristy feels privileged to accompany clients on their journey to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Kristy is a clinical psychologist who is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an Applied Developmental Emphasis from the University of Guelph in 2017. She completed her residency at Hamilton Health Sciences and has also received training at the Centre for Psychological Services at the University of Guelph, the Waterloo Region District School Board, and Lutherwood Mental Health Services. Kristy has worked in private practice for the last seven years, providing assessment, treatment, and consultation services. She also provides training and supervision for clinical psychology graduate students through Reflections Mental Health Group, and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Waterloo.

Kristy’s happiest moments include sharing new experiences with her kids, especially when they are trying new culinary delights or exploring the world of musicals and theatre. When the curtains close, you can find her unwinding with a good book and a steaming cup of coffee in hand.
