Hello! I’m Jessica.

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, difficulty regulating emotions, or difficulty navigating change. It can be hard to know where to start or how to move forward.

Centring a client’s strengths and personal values, I collaborate with clients throughout the therapeutic process to create treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach to therapy, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive, judgment-free space where clients can explore their emotions, feel understood, and reconnect with themselves. Through this process, clients gain a sense of empowerment and move forward with greater self-compassion and clarity.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a University of Guelph graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Adult Development, Families, and Well-being. I also hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Addiction: Treatment and Prevention from Georgian College and am currently completing a Master of Social Work degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.

I have 13 years of clinical experience in not-for-profit and private settings, most recently providing clinical supervision and leadership in specialized addiction and mental health care.

Story time with my two small children is my favourite time of day. I love cuddling up with them, allowing the story to create a space where we can connect, unwind, and enjoy a quiet, cozy moment together.
